Refund Policy

1. Plain-English summary

Here’s how refunds work: every product comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it’s not for you within 14 days, you email us and we refund you — no form, no panel, no survey. Some products (like our $1,000 1-on-1 build) have specific rules once work has started. Everything below explains what applies to what. Australian Consumer Law guarantees on top of all of this. You always have those rights.

2. Our 14-day guarantee

Every paid product on thefullystaffed.com is backed by our 14-day money-back guarantee. The window starts the day your access is granted (Stripe payment success for one-off products · Skool invite for the membership).

Within those 14 days, you can request a refund by emailing hello@thefullystaffed.com — no reason required, no exit survey, no friction. We process refunds within 5 business days via the original payment method. Access is revoked when the refund processes.

The 14-day window is our brand promise. It’s more generous than what Australian Consumer Law requires — your ACL rights sit on top of it (see §9).

3. $19 mini courses (Foundation · The Two-Word Workday · What’s For Dinner · Communication · LifeHQ)

Refund window: 14 days from purchase.

How: email hello@thefullystaffed.com with your purchase email or Stripe receipt number. Say “refund” — that’s enough.

What happens: we refund the full $19 to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your LifterLMS access is revoked when the refund processes.

If you’ve completed the course: if you’ve worked through all the lessons and the trigger isn’t working for you, we still refund within 14 days. We trust you.

3a. $40 Sort My Week

Refund window: 14 days from purchase.

How: email hello@thefullystaffed.com with your purchase email or Stripe receipt number. Say “refund” — that’s enough.

What happens: we refund the full $40 to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your LifterLMS access is revoked when the refund processes.

If you’ve completed the course: if you’ve worked through all three lessons and sort me isn’t working for you, we still refund within 14 days. We trust you.

4. $29/month membership (FULLY STAFFED)

Cancel anytime — two clicks inside Skool. No exit survey, no “are you sure” guilt screen, no “your founders rate will be lost” pop-ups (we hate those too).

14-day refund window: if you cancel within 14 days of joining, you get a full refund of that month’s payment. Email hello@thefullystaffed.com to request.

After 14 days: you can cancel anytime, but we don’t refund the current month. You keep access until the end of the billing cycle you’ve already paid for.

Founding-50 lock: if you joined at the $29/month founding rate, that rate is locked for life. If you cancel and rejoin later, the founding rate may no longer be available (we’ll honour it within 30 days of cancellation as a courtesy).

5. $39 Voice Note Me

Reply “refund.” No form, no panel.

Within 14 days of purchase, reply to your welcome email with the word “refund” — we send you a full $39 refund within 5 business days. No questions asked, no exit survey, no “are you sure.”

If we’ve already sent your voice note answer: the 14-day window still applies. We don’t claw back the voice note answer (it’s yours to keep) — we refund anyway. We’d rather you go than stay.

6. $79 The Briefing

Refund window: 14 days from purchase.

Before delivery: email hello@thefullystaffed.com with the word “refund.” Full $79 refund within 5 business days.

After delivery (your custom prompt pack has landed): you can still request a refund within the 14-day window. We refund the full $79; we don’t claw back the prompt pack. We trust you with the asymmetry.

Edge case: if the intake exchange uncovers a fit problem before delivery (e.g., scope mismatch we can’t solve), we refund proactively and tell you why — usually pointing you toward Foundation ($19) or the membership ($29/mo).

7. $1,000 Personalised AI Setup (PAIS)

Conditional refund mechanic — please read before purchase.

PAIS is a 1-on-1 build, async, over 2 weeks. Because we set aside dedicated build time per buyer, the refund rules are different from our standard 14-day guarantee.

Before the build starts (post-intake exchange, pre-Day 1): if the intake exchange reveals a mismatch we can’t solve — scope, fit, voice — we refund the full $1,000 proactively. No questions, no penalty. We’d rather refund than build the wrong thing.

Once the build starts (Day 1+): we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds — the work is the work. The intake exchange is where we both confirm fit before that work begins. Once we’re in, we’re in. (Your Australian Consumer Law rights for work that fails to meet the consumer guarantees still apply — see §9.)

1-week post-handover support window: included. If the build doesn’t work as briefed, we fix it during that week at no charge. After that window, fixes are out of scope (you can buy another setup if you want).

ACL backstop: if our work fails to meet the consumer guarantees in Australian Consumer Law, you have rights that sit on top of this policy (see §9).

8. How to request a refund

Email hello@thefullystaffed.com with:

  1. Your purchase email
  2. The product name
  3. The word “refund” (that’s it)

Response time: within 5 business days.

Refund processing: to your original payment method, within 5 business days of approval (Stripe processing time may add 3-10 business days for funds to appear in your account).

No form, no panel, no exit survey. We hate those too.

9. Australian Consumer Law backstop

Nothing in this refund policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

Your ACL rights include:

  • Goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded
  • If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet acceptable quality, you have rights to refund, repair, or replacement
  • These rights apply on top of our 14-day brand guarantee

If you’re dissatisfied and our refund policy doesn’t resolve it: you can escalate to Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your state/territory consumer protection body for guidance.
