The short version
We collect your email and the details you give us in your brief so we can build your AI setup, plus your name and payment when you buy. That’s it. We don’t sell anything to anyone. The longer version’s below, in plain English.
Who we are
Fully Staffed is a done-for-you AI setup service. Founded and operated by Phoebe Edwards as a sole trader in Queensland, Australia (ABN 92 723 329 612).

What data we collect
Email address, when you enquire, order, or contact us. Name, when you order. Your brief, the information you send us about your work and what you want your AI team to help with, so we can build your setup. Only share what you’re comfortable sharing; you decide what goes in your brief. Payment information, handled by Stripe (a PCI-compliant payment processor). We don’t see or store credit card numbers. IP address and browser info, for basic site analytics.
We don’t collect anything you don’t actively give us.
Why we collect it
Build and deliver the AI setup you’ve ordered. Answer your enquiry and provide your 14-day support. Process payments. Send you service and delivery updates about your order. Improve the service over time.
That’s the list. No other purposes. We won’t add you to a marketing list off the back of an order without your opt-in.
How we store and protect it
Payment data is handled by Stripe, they’re PCI DSS compliant and we never see or store your credit card numbers. Site data sits on WordPress.com infrastructure with SSL/HTTPS encryption. The details in your brief are stored only as long as we need them to build, deliver, and support your setup, and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
Standard security practice. Nothing fancy, nothing scary.
Who we share it with
The only third parties we share data with are the platforms that help us deliver the service: Stripe (payment processing), the AI tools your build uses (e.g. ChatGPT / OpenAI, Claude / Anthropic), where building or configuring your setup involves them, we don’t send them anything beyond what’s needed to create your build, and their use of data is governed by their own terms, and WordPress.com (site hosting).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone for marketing purposes. Ever. That’s the line.
Your rights
Under the AU Privacy Act and (if you’re in the EU) GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct any inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and export your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@thefullystaffed.com. We respond within 30 days, per AU Privacy Act requirements.
If we can’t resolve a privacy complaint to your satisfaction, you can refer it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses: WordPress.com’s basic analytics; Google Analytics 4 (traffic and usage stats); a Google Ads tag (measures whether our ads lead to enquiries and orders); an OpenAI ads tag (the same, for our ads on ChatGPT); and Microsoft Clarity (anonymised session insights, how pages are scrolled and clicked, to help us improve the site). These tools set cookies and collect device and usage data under their providers’ own privacy policies. None of them give us your name unless you give it to us. You can block cookies in your browser and the site still works. If we add other tracking (like Meta Pixel), we’ll update this policy.
International data transfers
Stripe, the AI tools your build uses, and WordPress.com are US-hosted services. If you’re in the EU or another region with data-residency laws, your data crosses borders under standard contractual clauses with these providers.
Children’s data
Fully Staffed serves working adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through one of our forms, email us at hello@thefullystaffed.com and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page when anything material changes. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when.
