Fully Staffed · Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

Welcome to Fully Staffed. These terms cover how you buy and use our done-for-you AI setup service. By enquiring, ordering, or using this site, you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t order or use the site.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Fully Staffed. “Your build” means the custom AI setup we create for you. “Content” means everything we make: our methods, frameworks, prompts, templates, the website copy, branding, and anything else we publish or deliver.

1. Plain-English summary

Here’s what you’re agreeing to: you’re buying a custom, done-for-you AI setup. You send us a short brief, we build your AI team, and we deliver it to you by email in about a few business days. It’s a made-to-order build, so there’s no change-of-mind refund once you order, but you get 14 days of support after delivery to get it working, and your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply. You keep and use your build; our methods and templates stay ours. Any disputes go to Queensland courts under Australian law. The rest of this page is the detail.

2. Who we are + your acceptance

Fully Staffed is operated by Phoebe Edwards (sole trader), ABN 92 723 329 612, based in Queensland, Australia.

By enquiring, placing an order, or using this site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t order or use the site.

3. What you’re buying

Fully Staffed is a done-for-you AI setup service. For a one-off fee, we build a custom AI team for you, tailored to how you work.

Here’s how it works: you send us a short brief by email (a few questions about your work and what you want off your plate); we build your custom AI setup privately, on our side; we deliver it to you by email, your ready-to-use AI team, set up and explained.

What’s included: the custom build described in your order, delivered by email, plus a 14-day support window after delivery to help you use it and fine-tune it (see §6).

What’s not included: ongoing 1-on-1 coaching, technical support beyond the 14-day window, and third-party AI subscriptions (ChatGPT or Claude, which you provide yourself, free versions are fine for most setups; we’ll tell you if yours needs a paid plan).

4. Pricing + payment

The fee for a Fully Staffed build is $2,000 (AUD) total. Pay it in one go, or in instalments through Afterpay, Zip or Klarna at the checkout. Either way the total is the same $2,000, and it’s a fee for one build, not a subscription.

Buy now, pay later: options like Afterpay, Zip and Klarna may be offered at checkout. That credit is provided by the BNPL provider under their own terms, and your agreement for it is with them, not us.

If you pay with Afterpay, Zip or Klarna: we receive the full $2,000 at checkout, so your build starts as soon as we have your brief. Your instalments are between you and that provider, under their terms, and a missed payment is a matter for them, not us.

GST: Fully Staffed is not currently registered for GST. The price shown is the total; no GST is charged on top.

Payment: your payment is handled securely by our third-party payment provider. Your card details are not stored on this site. Your build starts once payment is complete and we have your brief.

5. Delivery + access

How it’s delivered: by email, as a ready-to-use custom AI setup with clear instructions.

When: we build your team privately over about five business days from when we have both your payment (or your first scheduled payment, if you’re on a plan) and your completed brief. This is an estimate, not a fixed deadline, if a build needs longer, we’ll tell you.

What “done” means: your build is delivered when we send you the completed setup and instructions by email. From that point, your 14-day support window begins (§6).

Yours to keep: the build we deliver is yours to use, ongoing (see the licence in §8).

6. Refunds, support + your rights

This is a custom, made-to-order service. Because we build your AI team specifically to your brief, there is no change-of-mind refund once you place your order. (Before you order, ask us anything, that’s what the enquiry step is for.)

Instead, every build comes with a 14-day support window after delivery. Tell us what’s not working and we’ll fix it or fine-tune it so your team fits the way you work. This support window is about getting your build right, it is not a money-back guarantee.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply and cannot be excluded. If your build isn’t of acceptable quality, isn’t fit for the purpose we agreed, or isn’t as described, you’re entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of anything above. For a major failure, that can include a refund. See §9 for how to make an ACL claim.

7. Acceptable use

Personal / business use only, by you. Your build and the materials we deliver are for you to use. Don’t resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the build, our templates, or our methods, and don’t use them to build, run, or promote a competing done-for-you service, course, or membership.

Don’t misuse the site. Don’t scrape, copy at scale, reverse-engineer, or try to break or interfere with the site or its security.

8. Intellectual property + who owns what

Your build is yours to use. When your build is delivered, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it, and the setups, prompts, and configurations we deliver to you, for your own work and business, for as long as you like. Run it, adapt it, rely on it, that’s the whole point.

Our craft stays ours. The methods, frameworks, templates, prompt architecture, know-how, and branding we use to create your build remain owned by Fully Staffed, protected by Australian copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your licence to use your delivered build does not give you the right to copy, resell, repackage, or redistribute our underlying methods or templates, or to use them to build or run a competing service.

In short: you own the use of what we hand you; we keep the recipe.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded.

Your ACL rights include guarantees that services be provided with due care and skill, be fit for the purpose we agreed, and be delivered within a reasonable time. If we fail those guarantees, you have rights to a remedy, which, depending on the failure, can include having it put right or a refund.

To make an ACL claim: email hello@thefullystaffed.com with the details. If we can’t resolve it, you can escalate to the ACCC or your state/territory consumer-protection body.

10. Limitation of liability

We do our best, but we can’t guarantee specific outcomes, how well your AI team works for you also depends on how you use it. We provide the build “as is” once delivered and supported per §6.

To the extent permitted by law: our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from this service is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss. None of this limits the Australian Consumer Law guarantees that cannot be excluded (see §9), those override this clause where they apply.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Fully Staffed (and its operator) harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of your build, or your violation of any third party’s rights. This doesn’t apply where your liability is excluded by law (consumer-protection law in particular).

12. AI outputs are a starting point, not advice

Your build uses AI tools like ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic). The things those tools produce, draft emails, plans, schedules, anything, are generated by AI, not by us, and aren’t professional medical, legal, financial, or tax advice, and aren’t a substitute for it. They can be wrong, out of date, or not right for your situation, so check anything before you rely on it, and see a qualified professional for decisions that need one.

Third-party tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI or Anthropic, and we don’t control them. Their features, pricing, availability and terms can change at any time, which may affect how your build works over time. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

13. Changes to these terms

We update these terms occasionally. The current version always lives on this page with the “last updated” date at the top. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.

14. Contact

For these terms or your order: hello@thefullystaffed.com. For privacy queries, see our Privacy Policy for the dedicated contact path and OAIC referral.

15. Governing law + jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of Queensland, Australia.

Disclaimer

Fully Staffed builds AI to work for you across your inbox, your admin, your money and your health planning. We set the AI up; you run it from there. What the AI makes for you (drafts, plans, schedules, summaries, numbers) is a smart first draft, not the final word. AI can be wrong, out of date, or not right for your situation, so check anything that matters before you act on it.

Nothing we build or hand over is medical, fitness, nutrition, financial, tax, legal or other professional advice, and it doesn’t replace a qualified professional. Anything touching your health, your money or a legal call is general information only. Talk to your doctor, your accountant or the right professional before you make the call.

This doesn’t take away any of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Questions? hello@thefullystaffed.com
